The last thing Jordan Marshall wants is a relationship, especially with someone like Taylor Becks, the star player from a rival roller hockey team. Taylor doesn’t talk – to anyone. When Jordan’s curiosity about the athlete overpowers her predisposition to being guarded, the two strike up an unlikely romance. In the midst of desolation left by being disowned and forbidden from seeing her little brother, Jordan finds that sometimes the biggest risks reap the greatest rewards.

"Zoe Reed is an outstanding writer that can truly weave a tale and leave the reader wanting more. The story and characters developed smoothly with great depth and without the rush that is often felt with some writers. The characters were so believable that I found myself caught up in the emotions and storyline. I was so invested in this book that I was laughing angry and tearing up along with the characters. I couldn’t put the book down.

I highly recommend this book and if you like a bit of paranormal you need to check out Zoe’s other books. I cannot wait for her next novel to come out!!!"

Interference Zoe Reed Books Reviews

  • I absolutely loved this book. Great character evolution/development. It's so great to read believable characters and interactions. Also refreshing was the portrayal of a healthy naturally evolving relationship between the two main protagonists even when they were struggling through their own personal demons. This book just proves you don't need crazy theatrics and unrealistic scenarios to make a fantastic story. A huge thank you to the author for getting it right and making a story feel real. You teased your audience when you needed and didn't go for the cheap and easy dramatics in your characters challenging moments to try and ratchet up you reader's emotions. It just made this story and it's players much more genuine in my opinion.

  • I am enjoy Zoe Reed's writing quite a bit and fully enjoyed Breaking Legacies and the In Spirit of Et Veritate series. Her writing is poignant and detailed. Her character development is multi dimensional and I enjoy when she writes from both characters' perspective. Interference is told in the first person and though I love the characters and thoroughly enjoyed the story, at some point I just wanted it to end. It was drawn out with so much just day-to-day detail that I really think the book could've been half the size and made the same impact. Actually I think if it had been half the rhe size that it would've made actually more of an impact. At times I skipped through details just to get to what was going to happen next. It Is an extremely long book and if you are someone who has been abused or experienced trauma, problems with your family, and relationships it will do your heart good. It honestly made me look at my relationship differently and want to do better. I highly recommend it!
  • This book is so beautifully written. The character development between Jordan and Taylor was superb; the awkward friendship into the wonderfully pure relationship as well as the girls as separate people dealing with their own personal issues. I also loved the supporting cast. They were multi-faceted characters rather than being one dimensional fillers. Everything about this book drew me in- from the drama and the action to the intensity of emotion from the characters I grew to love. I couldn't stop reading and when I finished it, I was tempted to start re-reading it. I definitely recommend this book!
  • I loved this book so much that it just moved up to my number one favorite book. I have read over Five hundred romance novels so that speaks volumes. I loved this book for so many reasons the characters where genuine, relatable, scared, traumatized, heartwarming, and there story was so cute! I stayed up way too late trying to finish it but couldn't then all through the next day couldn't put it down! Bravo Zoe keep writing books like that and you will be on your way to having a devoted fan. If you love a true romance story filled with joy, sorrow, trust issues and hurts read this you owe it to your self!!!!!!!
  • Thoroughly enjoyed the story and characters. It was nice to see a book that went to develop two severely broken souls and watch them grow into something vibrant and real.
A couple spots seemed to be leading into typical pitfalls common in other works, but it provided enough of a different spin on things to make every thing fresh. As well I truly enjoyed the authors love of the sport and careful depictions of it that were amazingly detailed, and despite length were never boring.

    Well worth the read!
  • Zoe Reed does it again. I love that she's not afraid to write a lengthy book and let her characters devlop as people and as a couple. It was funny, it was touching, it was fantastic. Well worth the price and instantly in my re-read pile. Don't know what more I can add other than.....can we get another spirit and truth book too???
  • This book was a wonderful departure from a typical Lesfic romance, and I loved every page of it. Jordan and Taylor, two young women who are flawed and broken by their pasts, slowly, ever so slowly, tear down each others walls to find love. Their journey is slow and arduous at times, frustrating and painful, but the reward will make you smile. It may sound cliche but I laughed and I cried, but in the end, this book proves to all that love is worth the journey.
