- After reading the reviews left I wondered if they were looking at the same book I got...some of the recipes people mention aren't in my book and when I check the pages shows they are exactly like my book. While the BLE book gives all measurements in the English system, this cookbook is a combination of English and metric measurements. While nutritional information is given, there is no information given on how the recipes relate to BLE guidelines. Some of the recipes include macaroni, bread crumbs, potatoes, and sweet potatoes. Bottom line- check out the pages shown on . To me this is just a cookbook which sort of, kinda fits BLE but not really a good, solid BLE cookbook. Huge disappointment
- This is not bright line eating ! I want my money back. Bbq sauce, bread crumbs, marmalade? Bad cookbook. Very sad.
